Yes, all of the wedding veils and bridal headpieces and jackets have been handmade by Jennifer Go Bridal in her Surry Hills, Sydney studio.
As each piece is handmade there will be slight variations between one piece to another, this is the beauty of a handmade item, no two will ever be the same!

WHY ARE YOUR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS AT A LOWER PRICE?
By offering all of our items on a made to order basis we are able to use our raw materials (like tulles, laces and embellishments) in a more considered manner to reduce waste and therefore, costs in the long run.
However, we understand that not everyone has the luxury of time so we also have in stock some of our most popular items, ready made and ready to be shipped but charged at our full cost.
Please choose carefully, if you ordered a made to order or a custom item then unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, as each piece is made individually.
Please make sure you read the listing details properly, noting the dimensions and colours. If you have any questions about an item please ask first before making a purchase. Samples of tulle and lace are always available by request to ensure they match your wedding dress.
If however, your item is different to what was described or if it's damaged, please get in touch within 3 days of you receiving it.
We only ship within Australia for the time being due to the delays in global shipping times because of CoVid-19.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $70 and free Express Shipping for all orders over $100.
Standard shipping generally takes 3-6 business days and Express Shipping 1 business day.
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking number.
