We strive to make sure your experience with us is convenient, timely and enjoyable. Every measure will be taken to ensure your comfort and to provide a high level of service in our boutique.

Do I need an appointment to view bridal gowns at The Wedding Boutique?

 

Yes, it is necessary to make an appointment to come in and view gowns, this is so you can receive personalised one-on-one attention from our knowledgeable bridal consultants and experience a true luxury shopping environment. Your appointment is for 1 hour.

 

We're open from Monday to Friday 10-7pm, Saturdays from 10-4pm and select Sundays from 10-2pm. We also have afterhours appointments available during the week.

How much are your gowns and do I need to pay in full when I place an order?

 

Our made to measure Jennifer Go Bridal Couture collection is priced from $3500, with the majority of gowns in the $4-5000 price bracket. As these wedding dresses are made to measure the quoted price also includes all fittings, style changes and alterations. 

 

You don't need to pay in full but if you do, we offer a 5% discount for full payment. To place an order for your gown we just require a 30% deposit.

What do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?

 

For your first appointment with us, you may want to bring a strapless bra and wear seamless underwear or shapewear if you plan on trying on some slinky silk satin styles. You may also want to bring a hairtie so you can try different hair styles with our gowns.

 

We also suggest bringing along a small bridal party with you (one or two close friends and.or family) if you'd like. Please keep in mind that out boutique is very intimate. 

 

 

Once I've chosen the dress, what happens next?

 

For both demi-couture and bespoke, we follow a similar process whereby our in-house designer Jennifer Go will meet with you to discuss and confirm the style you have chosen:

·         Meet with Jennifer Go: Style is confirmed and fabrics, lace and embellishments are ordered

·         Calico/toile fitting:           Prototype of the gown is created, this is to refine fit, silhouette and structure

·         Subsequent fittings:       Your wedding dress will be constructed and refined at each fitting. You will need approximately 4-5 fittings depending on the complexity of your wedding dress.

For our demi-couture range we ask for around a 7 month order time and for full bespoke couture we ask for a 9 month order time. As we do make all our dresses in-house we can be more flexible with these timings so if you find yourself with a shorter engagement period get in touch with us and we can help you create your perfect wedding dress!
